These programs are designed to build a national and global distribution/representative channel of qualified independent professionals and/or organizations. These entities can identify and consult businesses, small and large, for requirements related to talent, technology, consulting, infrastructure, and outsourcing - utilizing and promoting Arctern's global delivery & service engagement models such as RemoteHire®, RemoteCaptive and RemoteProject

Target Market

The target market ranges from Fortune 1000 companies to millions of small & medium enterprises. Arctern will provide extensive training and marketing materials including sales & marketing support. There are a few qualification requirements, and entry and certification into the program is subject to background checks, interviews, and a well-documented business plan.

Job Description
  • Upon application approval, you will undergo training & certification on the business model, consulting pitch, sales & delivery processes, marketing collaterals, contract terms & policies, and pricing
  • You will call upon and visit businesses, set client appointments, represent, consult, and sell Arctern's solutions and services
  • You will consult corporate managers and business owners on how to effectively leverage talent, resources, and infrastructure around the globe to effectively and strategically operate in an increasingly competitive and difficult market scenario
  • You will earn an attractive commission (agents) or discounts (resellers) on a recurring basis on the respective revenues of the services sold
  • The opportunity is ideal for a professional or services organization with a consultative approach toward building business relationships to guide their customers
  • You will spend maximum time in consulting and sales related activities by establishing and developing new customer relationships and leveraging existing relationships in order to diversify client base and gain market share
  • Liaison and communicate directly with Arctern support and operations teams including services & delivery, recruitment, and finance
  • Maintain accurate and timely CRM and opportunity management information in Arctern's centralized lead registration system

Case-to-case basis; partnership built on mutual benefits & complimenting strengths (e.g. Joint marketing, cross-selling of products & services, etc.)
Engagement Model Arctern invoices the customer; Agent earns commission from Arctern Reseller invoices the customer; Arctern invoices the reseller at a discounted rate (discount based on volume agreement) Determined on a case-to-case basis
