- Password management, document management and control are used during the duration of a project

Should the client prefer, we provide Virtual Private Network (VPN) access to the clients server so that only authorized persons can access the network and any possibility of interception of data by unauthorized personnel is eliminated.
Communications
At Arctern, smooth communication with clients is facilitated through a variety of communication tools and technologies: web meetings, instant messaging, e-mails, phone calls via VOIP, and video conferencing.
